On Enlightenment

On Enlightenment

Photo of the Pacific ocean, taken on an inspiration seeking, neighbourhood sunset walk.

Enlightenment is a difficult thing to teach, but it can fairly easily be directed. It is up to each individual student, to take responsibility for their own studies and subsequent learning. One can be shown how to open their eyes, but the eyes themselves must be opened by the bearer.

Heeding my own advice, an inspirational sunset walk produced this photo, and the serene, spiritual recharge that came along with it. Sometimes, it is that simple.

Perhaps it is time to go out and get some (more) enlightenment?
